Moe’s Original Bar-B-Que (MOB) is and always will be an evolving concept. From the roadside shack to the 10,000 square foot BBQ, bowling and music venue, we like to go with the flow. If an opportunity presents itself and we think it might work, then we will try it. We figure that if we’re going to spend our life working, we ought to keep it fun and exciting. So that’s what we do.

We built our foundation on the food as it is the lifeblood of MOB. Every dish, every plate, every day must be right; there is no room for anything less at MOB. We aspire to build a fun atmosphere around the food. It is the food that will take us all to retirement. Passing fads, bars and other service related businesses can succeed for the short term, but it is ultimately the food that will succeed for a lifetime. Our food speaks for itself.

We will continue to master the logistics of consistent BBQ and Southern fare, but our concept goes well beyond the food. We strive to make a comfortable environment for every customer who walks through our doors. We have created a culture that brings people together for great food and good times. This culture begins with the owners and is shared by the employees. The family/friend atmosphere spreads contagiously throughout each and every restaurant.

As we grow, continuity and consistency are key factors. We don’t want to create a cookie cutter atmosphere, but we do want to streamline the systems that are proven. These logistics have been and will continue to be fine tuned for the maximum efficiency of each restaurant. Aside from the logistics, we want each restaurant to be unique and have not only the feel of MOB, but the character and personality of its owner.

Dining at MOB is a unique experience. Each aspect of the organization is crucial and we strive to create a system that can be easily modified to work in any market, in any space, and with any interested person who shares our love and respect of BBQ and Southern food.
